Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
At this time, Accurate Door & Hardware ships ONLY to New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Please join our mailing list so we may update you when we begin shipping nationally.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, delivery of the goods shall be Accurate Door & Hardware, LLC in New Jersey, or other location specified by the Seller. Seller shall use its reasonable efforts to place the goods in the possession of a carrier and to make a contract for their transportation as much as reasonable, having regard for the nature of the goods and generally accepted commercial standards.

Accurate Door & Hardware works primarily with UPS, although we may choose an alternate carrier if it’s better suited for the delivery of your purchase, at the time of order fulfillment. Handling time varies by item. If the item is in stock already, handling time during regular business hours will range from 24-72 hours.

Tracking information will be provided to the customer at the time the item is shipped from our facility. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable if your order is returned to our facility due to invalid address (as entered at checkout), refused during delivery, or failure to pick up your order from a carrier facility, should the carrier require this for any reason during delivery attempts. Risk of loss of the goods shall pass to Buyer at the time the goods are tendered to such carrier.

LOCAL PICKUP 

If you selected “local pickup” for your order, please wait for a completed order e-mail and then visit our facility at 10 West End Road Totowa, NJ 07512 to retrieve your ready order. We are located on the side of the building about halfway down the parking lot. Please visit the receptionist (located in the entrance) with your order information, and they will assist you with your pickup.

 RETURN POLICY
Accurate Door & Hardware does not accept returns, except and only in cases of product defect or damage upon delivery. In such a case, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase so we can evaluate how to best proceed with your refund or replacement. Please note products that are returned to us outside of the allotted time frame and/or without prior authorization from a sales representation, may not be eligible for refund or replacement.  Any credit issued pursuant to the terms herein shall be applied to Buyer’s future Product orders.
